This policy applies to all services provided by Giosol IT Solutions, including web design & development, website maintenance, technical support, hosting & domain management assistance, on-site SEO, and social media account management.
By engaging our services or making a payment, the client agrees to the terms below.
Project payment terms are defined in the quotation or proposal and may include:
upfront deposit / engagement fee
milestone or staged payments
final payment prior to launch or handover
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
An advance payment is required to initiate work.
The final payment must be settled before the website goes live, is migrated, or files/assets are released.
For larger projects, payments may be staggered according to agreed milestones.
Work may be paused if:
invoices remain unpaid
payment schedules are not met
requested inputs or approvals are delayed
Giosol reserves the right to withhold launch, access credentials, licenses, or deliverables until all dues are settled.
Giosol does not accept cash payments.
All payments must be made via:
approved online payment gateways, or
bank transfer to the official company account
The client is responsible for:
bank or transfer fees
currency conversion charges (if applicable)
Project scope is defined in the approved quotation or proposal.
If additional tasks or changes are requested beyond the agreed scope, they may be:
quoted as a separate task, or
billed additionally at the applicable service rate
Minor adjustments may occasionally be completed free of charge at Giosol’s discretion — however this does not imply entitlement to future free work.
Change requests may result in:
revised delivery timelines
additional charges
reprioritisation of work
If a project is delayed due to client-side causes including:
failure to provide content, approvals, or materials
prolonged communication gaps
delay in supplying credentials or instructions
and the delay exceeds 30 calendar days, a Pause & Restart Fee of 23% of the project value will be applied.
This fee covers:
rescheduling development time
resource reallocation
environment reconfiguration
administrative recovery effort
Work will resume only after:
surcharge payment is received, and
the required project inputs are supplied
Due to the nature of professional services and time-based work allocation:
Once a project has started and work is in progress, payments are non-refundable.
The upfront advance covers:
project initiation & planning
design & development time allocation
technical setup and preparation work
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
the client changes direction or no longer wishes to continue
project delays occur due to client inaction or late inputs
work has already been initiated or partially completed
third-party platform or hosting issues occur
the client moves to another service provider
dissatisfaction based on subjective preference changes
If a project is cancelled before work has begun, Giosol may — at its discretion — issue a partial refund, less any administrative or setup costs.
No refunds are provided for:
subscriptions
retainers
maintenance plans
consulting fees
domain or hosting charges
third-party service costs
Time allocated and services delivered are considered consumed once work begins.
Annual maintenance fees must be paid:
at least 14 days prior to plan expiry
Failure to renew may result in suspension of:

The client is responsible for:
renewal approvals
timely payment
provider billing obligations
Giosol is not liable for:
