You may request a cancellation of services within 15 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for cancellation, the service must not have been initiated. If the service has already started, partial charges may apply based on the progress of the work.
Once we receive and approve your cancellation request, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note, refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval. Any non-refundable fees or charges, such as setup or pre-agreed service fees, will not be refunded.
If you wish to modify or exchange a service (e.g., upgrading a service package), please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will assist you in processing the change or exchange, depending on your requirements.
